SHOPCLK offers FREE shipping on ALL orders globally (except some non-serviceable area or high where shipment charges) , no minimum purchase. Destinations we regularly ship to include: Australia, USA, Canada, the United Kingdom, Mexico, India, Indonesia, Japan, Ukraine, Turkey, Germany, France, Spain, Austria, Sweden, Ireland, Latvia and the rest of the EU. If your country is not on this list, not to fear we can still send our items to you.

Time to Ship

Many of our items are sourced in bulk from global suppliers, so our products usually take between 10-30 days to arrive, though in extremely rare circumstances can take longer. Delivery on all items is included in the price. Don’t be alarmed if you don’t receive all items in a large order at once, we don’t like to keep our dear customers waiting so we send each item as and when it arrives.

Shipping is via local postal services once dispatched from the origin, and hence shipping times can vary seasonally.

We advise that delivery times to Ireland may be impacted by customs procedures, lengthening the time taken to receive the product.

Delays in Delivery

These are indicative & approx. values only and items can be shipped earlier or later also on case to case basis depending on availability of item and other factors.

Delivery time is subject to factors beyond our control including unexpected travel delays from our courier partners and transporters due to weather conditions and strikes. We will keep you informed on the status of your order including delays if any.

No refund, returns, replacement & exchange will be entertained for this reason.

We may also choose to deliver the shipment in parts. In that case if you choose to cancel your order we can only cancel the unshipped part of the order. (Not valid for all the cases).

Important information regarding Address

Any changes in your address needs to be informed to us within 12 hours of placing the order. You cannot make any alterations to your address after the parcel is shipped.

If you want to ship multiple products to different addresses we request you to please place different orders for each delivery address.

Please make sure your shipping address is correct as some courier companies charge a penalty for incorrect shipping addresses, wherein the address and zip code do not match. The customer will bear the cost of any such penalties/fees. In the event of a reshipment of the same order, customers will be responsible to pay re-shipping charges for the reshipment.

Please make sure there is somebody available to collect the package when the delivery is made as in some countries parcels will be left at door if someone is not there to receive the package or no one answers the doorbell. Our courier agents will not be able to provide sign confirmation of delivery made in such cases.

Billing Address is the address where a customer gets his bills. Shipping address is the address where the customer wants to receive their shipment. Note both the addresses can be same or different depending on the customer choice.

Product Availability

We make an earnest effort to make sure that merchandise listed on our website is available in stock and that the prices shown are correct. In the unlikely event when we’re not able to send your order or replacement due to unavailability of the product in our warehouse, we will inform you within a maximum of 5 working days from the date you place the order.

Cancellations

We believe in service, commitment, quality, and timely delivery, we process the orders received, immediately. Even thou time mentioned for dispatch on our site is more, We will be able to accept order change or cancellation requests within 24 hours of placement of order. Unfortunately, we cannot cancel orders once they are processed.

VAT & Custom Duties

VAT / Custom Taxes and Import Duties are not in our control. They vary according to the rules of different countries and must be paid directly by the buyer. VAT / Custom Taxes and Import Duties are not included in our ordering process, but may be charged to you by your government.

International customers are responsible for any customs or duty fees levied by their country. We have no control over these charges and cannot predict where they will occur, as policies vary greatly from nation to nation.

They are entirely your responsibility. The courier company may also charge some additional service charges over and above custom duty on case to case basis.

Lost In transit

We send our parcels fully insured to our customers. If Courier Company fails to deliver, you do not suffer any loss. We will not responsible for lost/stolen packages or any full or partial damages to the package after being left at customer’s address by postal / courier agency.

If a shipment is lost in transit, we wait for 15 days and then reprocess the same order. In case a replacement is not available of the same design we may ask you to either take a refund or select alternate product.
